In the rentals division currently our fleet size is 80 forklift machines. We actively operate forklift machines between 2.5 tons to 5tons on both short term and long term rental contracts. Our customer base is a diverse mix of construction and industrial companies, mining companies, municipalities and others. We service a number of blue chip customers in Zimbabwe including Delta Beverages, CAFCA Limited, Mashonaland Tobacco Company, Schweppes Zimbabwe Limited and Tongaat Huletts just to name a few. To serve this diverse customer base, we employ customer service professionals who have first-hand knowledge of equipment capabilities and site challenges. Their expertise, together with our company’s commitment to operational health and safety, provide great competitive advantages. Our rental rates are tailor made to suit each customer perfectly and this allows us to provide a good service to each of our clients.
As one of the leading forklift equipment providers in this country we import brand new high quality machines from Europe, Asia and South Africa. Our sales division is very diverse and flexible. We focus on providing our customers with brand new and used forklifts that are the right fit for their business. Not only are our machines of the utmost high quality we offer competitive prices on all machines and our delivery period is between 14 -21 working days. In addition to forklift and earth moving machinery sales Ice Age Enterprises supplies forklift spares, tyres, lubricants and other consumables to customers as and when they require them. In order to pass on great savings to our customers we are stockists of all tokai forklift tyres and MAG lubricants. Our performance speaks for itself as we have the best lead times for delivery of spares and services. Our maintenance division is highly technical, efficient and experienced. Our technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to attend to any service call outs that our customers may require. All members of the team have obtained qualifications from reputable institutions, and in addition to this our organization ensures each staff member undergoes regular refresher and update courses to keep them up to date with the ever changing environment. The combined experience of all technicians is over 50 years! We maintain all our machines on a regular basis and all service records are highly maintained.
Ice Age Enterprises is equipped with 5 Trucks including 1 low-bed trucks, 1 refrigerated truck and a 2 roll back trucks for transportation of goods and heavy abnormal loads of up to 40 tons.
